- All products listed are subject to availability and customization time.
- Once an order is confirmed, customized items cannot be changed or canceled.
- Slight color or design variations may occur due to screen settings or manual crafting.
📦 2. Orders & Payments
- Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
- We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (if available).
- You are responsible for entering the correct delivery and customization details. We are not liable for errors due to incorrect input.
🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days depending on your location.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like courier issues or holidays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
📬 4. Return & Replacement
- Customized items are not eligible for return, except in cases of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
