At Max Customized Gifts, every product is handcrafted and customized especially for you — so we take extra care to ensure quality. Please read our policy below before placing an order.


❌ Return Policy

As all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The product is damaged during delivery

📦 To qualify for a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Provide clear unboxing video proof (from opening the package to showing the issue)
  • Share images of the issue via email or WhatsApp

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement
  • Or a refund in rare approved cases

🔄 Replacement Conditions

We only replace items if:

  • The product received is not what was ordered
  • It is damaged or defective, and you inform us within 24 hours

📤 Return Shipping (if required)

  • In case we ask you to return a product, we will guide you through the return shipping.
  • For approved cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

🛑 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled if the customization process has started.
  • If you request cancellation within 2 hours of ordering and production hasn’t started, we may approve it.
  • Once work has begun on a personalized product, it becomes non-cancellable.
